Richard Steele
RIchard "Dick" Steele is the last surviving member of the trio of adventurers who founded the PAC. After retiring from adventuring, he lived in San Rafeal as the mayor of the small Mexican village with his lovely wife Rosita. Now in his 70's, Steele is back in San Francisco desperately seeking a cure of some sorts for his wife's cancer.
